US, Europeans scramble to prevent Georgia-Russia war

WASHINGTON (AFP) - The United States and European Union led a diplomatic push Friday to prevent war between Georgia and Russia, calling for a ceasefire as Russian tanks rolled into a rebel Georgian province.
